Anyone try transfecting proteins using Chariot?

Hi folks,

I haven't posted in a while but I have a quick question.  We have just
purchased Chariot from Active Motif and are having some problems getting
their B-gal positive control working on HeLa cells.  Efficiency is low
even when we follow their recommendations exactly.  Has anyone used this
transfection reagent successfully?  Thanks for your help.
