Krebs is easy to make - just common biochemicals from the shelf, NaCl,
Bicarb e.t.c. Recipe should be in any paper on perfused organs or isolated
cells.

100 micron mesh (presumably for filtering cells) can be obtained from
Spectrum Labs (www.spectrumlabs.com), available through Fisher
Scientific. Also Falcon sells 70 micron filters incorporated into a neat
little holder that fits on top of a 50ml conical tube. They're expensive
but useful, and sterile.

Regards
PSB
