nuclear run-on expriment

Hi All,
  Anybody have an experience in doing nulear run-on experiment? I have to
perform nuclear run-on experiment but I don't have a protocol for doing
nuclear run on experiment in plant. I need a protocol in plant and
suggestion for performing experiment IN PLANT.
