WTD: Prep for BAC sequencing

Hello,

I would be grateful if someone could make available a protocol for BAC DNA
preparation for sequencing. For my purposes I would prefer mini/midi
preps, but protocols for large preps are equally welcomed.

[Any tips on how to get best results with an ABI377 machine would also be
helpful].
