Best differential method ?

Dear Netters,
I am looking for advice about differential expression detection methods.
I know of two commercially available kits : PCR-Select cDNA substraction kit
from Clontech, and the differential display kits from GenHunter. However, since
I haven't used any of them, I would appreciate any user's comment on these
systems, or other systems, in order to orient my choice.
