hi all Does anyone know a supplier of immunogold particles coupled to a fab fragment against any epitope tag (His, Flag, myc, anything small)? I would like to use it for EM localization of a protein in S. aureus (Problem: the Protein A in the cell wall binds IgG's...) Susanne
