I am having difficulty finding a supplier of the cyanine dye Cy3 with which I would like to label monoclonals. I am wondering if anyone out there knows of a supplier and/or a simple way to covalently attach the dye which doesn't use an expensive kit (!), I would be very appreciative! Many thanks
