Coupling of protein to resin

Do you have anitsera recognizing the protein? For my protein, the antisera
does not inhibit enzyme activity and I've found I can bind active protein
quite nicely to a proteinG plate using antibodies. Of course, these sorts
of things depend a lot on the nature of your particualar protein.
