plasmid extraction kits poll

I found that using cheapo diatomaceous earth protocol using chemicals from
scratch works just as well as any store bought .  A little less convenient but
cheaper.  Essential it is the same protocol as Gene Clean .   A google.com
search will reveal many varients of protocol.
