P32 vs. P33 for PCR detection

Hi,

33P gives much sharper bands than 32P - a bit like 35-Sulphur bands in the
good old days of manual plasmid sequencing. But, IMHO, don't use
incorporation of the radiolabel during PCR for detection and analysis of
microsatellite repeats as the patterns can be very complex - end label one
of the primers with 32P (or 33P - I don't know if you can get gamma-33-ATP)
first and then amplify.
