bp to ug of DNA

That is too little to be expressed in ug levels.  Perhaps you can try
calculatin it in Da level.. The average weight of a bp of DNA is 650Da. The
MW of a strand of DNA therefore is = the no. of bps X 650Da. You can get
more useful informaiton from the appendices of NEB catalogue or any other
catalogues.
