Soren,
actually, dNTPs for a normal PCR mix should do the job, there's
nothing special about the kit, just all reagents in one box.
This issue was discussed here frequently and many people do
site directed mutagenesis analog to the quick change protocol
without buying the kit: Do a pfu pcr with the same primers,
DpnI digest, transform the mix, analyze 25 clones and that's it.
