home made YNB

[Mizar]

Hi, I've looked for commercial YNB (to grow
P. pastoris) but it is very expensive.
It's formulation is quite simple so I'm thinking
to make it by myself. Do you think that
is possible or maybe there are trace components (vitamins
or metals) that must be added to make it work?
Someone already tried home made YNB?
