paste them into e.g. paint shop pro (it asks you to specify the 
size in dots x dots) or print it into a postscript file (in M$ win, 
use any generic postscript printer driver like that for the apple 
color laser writer (it's on the install cd, don't use the HP drivers 
or remove the printer control data manually they add to the file).
Then use ghostscript to make a tif file.
If you have access to a linux or other unix system, you might 
transfer the ps file to that and do the conversions there, 
ghostscript probably already is included there..
