Hi there
I have some total RNA samples extracted from rat tissues using Trizol.
The RNA samples were reconstituted in TE and have been stored in LN2 for
2-3 years. These samples have been thawed-frozen a couple of times. Are
they likely to be any good for RT-PCR and/or microarrays?
What is the best method to check viability - running on agarose gels?
thanks for the advice
Andrew
