Tfu Direct

Dear Group,

My lab is currently having great difficulties in getting the Tfu direct
mutagenesis kit (Qbiogene) to work.  After sequencing our alleged mutant,
all we seem to get back is our wild-type template.  Has anyone out there had
success with this kit?
