I use Biorad's protein assay dye. All standards (from 62.5 ug/ml - 500 ug/ml BSA) and sample volumes are set at 10 ul and pipetted into a 96 well plate. 200ul of dye (diluted 1/5 with H2O) are added to each well using a multichannel pipetteman, wait 5 min and read at OD600.
