Ericomp Thermocycler: HELP!

To All who have bought a piece of equipment with a warranty!
    The warranty on the Ericomp Thermocycler is still valid but the
company cannot be contacted! Anyone know something or someone who might
help get this machine working? The programming pad does not respond at
all.
    If someone had a similar problem and got help from Ericomp before
they disappeared, will you please share what you remember about how to
fix the problem.
    Desperate to use the machine! Thanks
