Please share experiences of using DEPC reated water?

In my lab we use water for injecting (sterile, apirogenic) to work with RNA,
and we keep dedicated reagents and glassware inside a cabinet in the sterile
room - the glassware is not autoclaved but   sterilized in the oven at 200°C
and something (I'll check the exact temperature) overnight - so far this is
working fine, with no need to use DEPC. Hope this is useful!
