How important is the polyA tail for mRNA to be translated in a rabbit
reticulocyte lysate? I have cDNA which includes entire ORF, but do I need
to clone out entire 3'UTR and polyA tail for efficient in vitro
transcription/translation? The goal of the experiment is to compare the
efficiency of translation from mRNAs with differing 5'UTRs (the gene uses
alternative promoters and splicing in 5'UTR region).
