That will not work. pGEMT is a linear Blunt RE digested plasmid. It is
then given a single base overhang either by TdT or Taq plus ddTTP etc.
You cannot generate that vector juts by transformation etc.
The problem with being on the cutting edge is that you occasionally get
sliced from time to time....
