I need to make a 200 mM solution of salicylhydroxamic acid (SHAM) but the
acid form is not soluble in water. What is the usual solvent in this case.
I guess I can try isopropanol or acetone but since this is for a microsomal
purification protocol I would like to know if there is a "standard" solvent
that is used in these cases.
Thanks a lot!!
Alfredo
