Biacore X sample injection

I usually add 2-3ul of air then 2-3ul sample (additional to the
60ul in your example) then another 2-3ul of air when I inject samples into
a BIAcoreX. That is enough to get well defined bubbles in the tip either
side of a plug of your sample. That will prevent any mixing of your
sample with the buffer already in the system so you get better
sensorgrams.
