Hi everybody, I am trying to find a reliable method for coating coverslips with fibronectin. What I have found so far is that 5ug/cm of fibronectin in PBS left on the coverslips for 1hr @ 37C then washed 2x with PBS will work. Does anybody agree?? Any other suggestions?? Thanks, Sophie
