ribosome RNA from RT-PCR

Hi 
       From RT-PCR with poly(A) RNA,  I got PCR products that encode a 
ribosome RNA.   The primers were designed based on the gene for an mRNA and 
do not match to the ribosome RNA.

Could anyone give me some clue for this result?
