DNA isolation in deep well plates

I am trying to isolate DNA from bloodspots in a polypropylene deep well
plate. The thermoplastic elastomer mat fits nicely to seal the wells until
it is heated to 100 degrees C. Then it loosens. Any ideas on how to keep a
good seal at this temperature?
