I am looking to try sectioning a plastic resin block and would like to
know if there is a resin available to perform both Immunocytochemistry,
(ICC), and in-situ hybridisation, (ISH), on these sections. I have
heard that Methacrylate resin may do ISH and I know ICC works on this
but am not sure of methods. I am not sure if this is Methyl
Methacrylate or Glycol Methacrylate.
I would appreciate any advice on what resin to use and also on
methodology for both ICC and ISH.
Thanx
