Dear friends, we would like to tag our protein or interest with a triple myc epitope to use in a trasient expression system. Therefore we need some template containing this triple myc tag for PCR and subsequent transfer of the tag in our destination vector. Does anybody have a vector with triple myc-tag we could use as a template? Thanks in advance Ricky
