electroporation efficiency maximizing

I am curious as to whether anyone has any ideas how to make high
competency electrocompetent cells.  I use DH10B's, and GibcoBRL claims
to get up to a magnitude of 10 to the 10 transformants per ug.  I get up
to 10 to the 9 on a good day, but am curious if there are any tricks
like special growth media which will push that number a bit higher.  I
know that slower growth at reduced temperature would be helpful, but any
other ideas?
