sending baculovirus stocks

Dear netters, 

is anyone informed what the current policy is 
right now in the United States regarding the sending
of baculovirus stock solution via e.g. FEDEX from 
Germany. Baculovirus are under the lowest security 
level (S1) in Germany since they can only infect 
insect cells and are thus not harmful to human 
beings. 

Is there a similar ranking (S1 S2 S3 S4) for this 
kind of material in the USA regarding the biological 
risk that could be cited in a conversation with 
customs / FEDEX? 

Any tip or hint is greatly appreciated.
