Codon usage program

Hi all,
maybe this question is a little bit far from the main subject of this newsgroup,
but here it is anyway:
does anybody know whether ther is a program to compare a codon usage profile
against those stored in the codon usage databases (mainly the one at
www.kazusa.or.jp/codon/) ??
I've seen the following: http://www.molbiol.ox.ac.uk/cu/
but i would like to get some opinions before downloading and installing any
program.
