293 cells and Zeocin selectionI just got an reply from the Invitrogen, they said the optimum concentrations between 300-450 ug/mL. But this still should not prevent you from doing your own kill-curve, as you know different conditions and lab environments are able to sway the mechanism for the uptake of the antibiotic, therefore effecting the death of the cells.

Does anyone have an idea about the range of Zeocin concentration to select in HEK 293
cells?
