GST-fusion elution problem

There may be many possibities, I think. 

1) But, Have you checked  your glutathione sepharose? Does that sepharose
elute other control GST-tagged protein effectively by your eluting method?

2) Have you used fresh sepharose?  

3) Have you correctly equilibrated the sepharose, namely, Have you checked
the washing fraction?

4) Is the volume of elution buffer correct? What about increasing the volume
of elution buffer?

I hope this make a solution.
