two-hybrid library

Hi there,

I'm looking for a random-primed human two-hybrid library (any tissue).
System: LexA-based "interaction-hunt" or Matchmaker 3 (Clontech).

I'm using an oligo-dT-primed HeLa -library from Origene at the moment,
but since the maximum insert-size is small (2kB) and internal
polyA-stretch priming is not reliable, I doubt that I get a full
representation of 5'-sequences. Can anyone help me there? Maybe we can
swap the libraries or I can help you in another way.
