Haha.

I found the appropriate equation and a way to solve in Kaleidagraph.

F = (Fmax.[L])/([L]+Kd) where F = change in fluorescence and L is ligand.
Plotting this in Graphing Calculator (finally found a use for it!) gives 
the 'correct' shape curve, and putting the follwowing formula into 
Kaleidagraph yields Kd:  y=(m1*m0)/(m0+m2)  where m1 = F and m0=[L].
