Trouble shooting guide for DNA sequencer 373A ABI

Dear Madam/Sir


We have in our facility a DNA sequencer model 373A applied Biosystems. In
this time shows the instrument on display this error "Electrophoresis
failure", If I start  gel pre-run. Can you help meto repair this error. How
can I determinate the resistancy of buffer and gel. I am looking for your
message as soon as. Thanks in advance.
