Hi, does anyone have an easy protocol to help me establish cell lines from peritoneal fluid, ascites of women with ovarian cancer. I just try to put the fluid I get from the clinic directly in culture but a whole array of unwanted RBC and WBC and fibroblasts grow while I am only interested in cancer cells. Any suggestions? Thanks
