What is best molecular biology and genetics textbook?

Without question, "Molecular Biology of the Cell" by Alberts et al.

If you can wait a couple of months, I believe there's a new edition out in
December sometime. The current ed (3rd) is great if you just need basic info
that hasn't changed to much over the last 8 or 9 years.
