Hi all, Have anybody tried to test the efficiency of transfection especially Cos7 cells ? polyfectamine or lipofectamine plus or lipofectamine gives a similar reslt? or which one would be better to use with Cos7 cells. and could anybody give me the best protocol for 96well plate transfection? thanks in advance. rocco ---
