Cos7 transfection

Fugene 6 gives me much better efficiency (80% or more) than polyfectamine
or lipofectamine plus (both around 50%).  Lipofectamine 2000 gave
efficiency similar to Fugene 6, but also had much higher toxicity.

Just follow the manufacturer's directions.
