Rickwood D und Wilson MT, eds.), 1-16, IRL Press Oxford, England

The article also describes the measurement of mitochondrial respiration with an
oxygen electrode. The  respiratory control ratio RCR is a good indicator of
intactness of the mitochondrial inner membrane.
