Hi all, We're doing phage display in TG1s and are having some proteolysis problems. Does anyone know of a protease deficient (ompT, lon) amber supressor (supE, glnV) strain? One that is recA- would be even better. I've tried NEB and Maniatis with not too much sucess. Thanks
