A colleague wants to do a 3 prime fill in reaction on BsrD1 cut DNA. She
has tried T4 polymerase (which works to fill in NcoI) but it appears to
chew BsrD1 back. Is there any known way to fill in a 3 prime overhang?
If not we will have to redesign everything :-(
