too much DDT for in situs...

Hi all!  I am wondering what may happen if you add too much DDT to the
hybridization buffer where you dilute your probes.  I think I was wrong in
my calculations last time and I don't know if it is worth while to wait one
month to develop the film or if I will have bad results anyway!  I am using
UTP-35S to label my probes.  Thank you very much in advance!
