Hi all
I may be heading into the 'great unkown' and would like some opinions on reliable, easy to use, and "can't do without" equipment for the following:
1.	real-time PCR
2.	gradient PCR
3.	is there a special thermocylcler for RT PCR?
4.	cloning equipment (i.e. incubators, etc)
