I'm do LOH analysis with Linkage Mapping Set-MD10. The question is: how to locate the interest STS at cytogenetic mapping? Such as, after I have get a very high LOH percent of D13S263 in retinoblastom, how can I locate this STS onto 13q14.1-2, and how many and what kind of interval cDNA and unkown transcript gene can be get? Thanks a lot.
