dear all, has anyone seen a reference in which the fluorescence labeled primers were used for mapping of the transcriptional start site using ABI Prism 377? Is fluorescence sensitive enough for a low expressed gene? Is FAM still the most senstive dye and is it also *easy* to optimize? thank you in advance Frauke
