I am performing in vitro nuclear and cytoplasmic protein extractions for Western. I need to verify that my cytoplasmic fractions do not contain any nuclear protein and vice versa. Does anybody know of a reliable antibody to an exclusively nuclear protein? thanks Mike mohar052 at uottawa.ca
