Hi there, I'm wondering, if all 3 stop codons are equally efficient in E.coli. If I want to disrupt an ORF, which would be the best stop codon to introduce. What about repeats of stop codons. I'm well aware of the fact, not to use bacterial strains, that have suppressor t-RNAs. Thanks Josmar
