Dear all,

I am looking purchase a In-Vitro transcription assay kit.  I would 
appreciate if someone let me know their experience with a commercial 
kit they used for their experiments.  Also I am seeking for a 
protocol for making my own cell extract (mammalian)  and using it for 
my assay to reduce the cost.  Thanks.
